2014 Fall Mindfulness Meditation now Open for Registration

The leaves are already changing – a nice reminder of the changes that we too face in daily life. Wouldn’t it be powerful to be able to move through life’s transitions with AWARENESS?

The 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course (developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn) is an evidence-based curriculum designed to help one CULTIVATE mindfulness into daily living.

Registration is now open for our fall session of MBSR.
Date and Time:  6:30-8:30pm every Monday from October 20th to December 8th 2014 with a one day retreat on Saturday November 22nd, 2014.

Location:  Proactive Pelvic Health Centre, 863 Broadview Ave.

Cost:  $225 for 21 hours of direct instruction + $50 for course materials.
